The overall objective Transformation Lead is to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's strategic vision by driving VBP-wide change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, client experience, and business agility. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional programs that transform processes, systems, and capabilities to meet evolving business needs and market demands.
Main responsibilities:
Strategic Transformation & Process Excellence
- Lead and execute transformation initiatives, including Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, and process reengineering.
- Analyze business processes and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend industry best practices.
- Develop and implement plans for new initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
- Ensure process integrity and compliance with quality management standards.
- Lead creation and maintenance process documentation and functional frameworks
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Collect and analyze data to generate insights for business improvement.
- Report on analytics, data integrity, and outcomes of transformation initiatives.
- Create executive-level reports detailing project impact and performance against KPIs.
Project & Program Management
- Introduce and implement new systems, programs, and technologies aligned with business goals.
- Draft and execute implementation strategies, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and resolve obstacles.
- Develop training roadmaps and secure necessary resources for successful implementation
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead and mentor Process Excellence teams, ensuring performance alignment and professional development.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to align on process changes and improvement strategies.
- Communicate effectively across teams to ensure understanding and adoption of new procedures.
- Build strong relationships with delivery and support functions to enable transformation success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 4+ years' experience in any related Key Responsibility Areas
- Proven experience in transformation leadership, process excellence, and project management.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other improvement methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
